A2IC Board of Directors
The folks who help set the direction of Ann Arbor In Concert. (gulp!)
Eric Lofstrom is founder and, along with Mike Mosallam, co-conspirator of Ann Arbor In Concert. He has been music directing shows since high school with such groups as MUSKET, Pinckney Players, Tecumseh Players, and the Burns Park Players. He also was the Resident Music Director of Rockwell Productions an Equity theater based in Media, Pennsylvania. While at Rockwell, Eric music directed 18 main stage musicals, three galas, two children’s shows, and was the conductor on Rockwell’s cast recording of “The New Moon”. Favorite shows include “42nd Street”, “The Mystery of Edwin Drood” and “Brigadoon”.
Mike Mosallam is a producer and director for theater, film, and television. He is most commonly known for creating and executive producing the critically praised TLC series, “All-American Muslim”, which ran on the network’s 2011-2012 season. The show garnered a ton of positive press from reputable media outlets and also a substantial amount of controversy when companies pulled their advertisings from the program. On the theater side, Mike has produced and directed more than 100 theatrical productions from large-scale musicals, intimate cabaret settings, plays, concerts, and multi-media theatrical events. He would consider this one amongst his favorites. After eight years in New York and Los Angeles, Mike returned to Michigan in 2009 to head up a new initiative, the Wayne County Film Office. He helped attract more than 70 titles to the metro-Detroit area, including “Transformers 3”, “Red Dawn”, “Real Steal”, and the ABC series “Detroit 1-8-7”. In January of 2012, he moved to Los Angeles and accepted a position as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Sunset Gower Studios, where his clients are such shows as “Scandal” (ABC), “The Newsroom” (HBO), and “Dexter” (Showtime). Also, he is currently in development on two new TV series for both reality and scripted television.
